  • 1 ½ tablespoons of regular soy sauce
  • 1 bunch of Thai basil leaves

  • 1 pound of chicken drumstick

Directions:

1The first step is to cut the chicken, to small or big pieces will depend on how you want it served. After that, rub the chicken with baking soda and set them aside for about 10 minutes.
