  • Two cloves of minced garlic
  • An onion, cut into cubes
  • A package of andouille sausage (smoked), cut into thin slices

  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 gr elbows pasta
  • Salt and black pepper, to season
  • 200 gr pepper jack cheese (shredded)


1First of all, you can prepare a large skillet. Place the olive oil and heat it over medium-high heat. Then, when it is hot enough, you may start to add some other ingredients in it, such as minced garlic, smoked Andouille sausage, and cubed onions.
