How to Make Nutella Fudge

The recipe only needs five ingredients, and you can find it in your kitchen surely. It doesn’t take a special skill, and everyone will appreciate this.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 1 tablespoon of butter, soften
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups of powdered sugar
  • ½ cup of butter, soften

Directions:

1Prepare your stand mixer. In the mixing bowl, add together Nutella and butter. Beat until it is creamy and smooth. Add in together vanilla and sugar and beat in medium speed. It is well combined and in the right texture when the dough is smooth and very thick at the same time. Take a 8×8 inch baking pan and line with wax paper. Transfer the nutella dough into the pan and spread until the surface is even. Set aside.

2Take a microwaveable mixing bowl, and add the chocolate chips in it. Transfer the bowl into the microwave and melt in slow setting for around 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and stir to prevent it from getting burnt. Continue melting the chocolate chips for another 20 seconds. Keep stirring the chocolate in between. When the chocolate is almost entirely melted, add 1 tablespoons of butter and stir to mix. Transfer the bowl into the microwave again for ten seconds. Take out the bowl. The chocolate should be smooth in this phase.

3Now, spread the melting chocolate on top of the Nutella mixture. Use spatula to spread it evenly. Transfer the pan into the fridge and chill for around 10 minutes. Then, take out the pan and remove the fudge by pulling the wax paper. Place it on working surface. The chocolate should be a little slimy still but it’s perfect. Cut the fudge to pieces as you want it. Place each bar on a cookie sheet and transfer back into the fridge for ten minutes to stiff.

You can serve Nutella Fudge with rainbow sprinkles, powdered sugar, or even more Nutella over it. But it taste incredibly creamy and sweet this way too. Keep it in sealed container to store.
