  • 150 gr red onion, cut into cubes
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • A tablespoon of vegetable broth
  • 15 gr chili powder
  • 15 gr cumin
  • 150 gr salsa
  • 2 packages of crumbles (seitan or meatless)
  • Tortillas
  • 200 gr shredded cheese


1The first thing to start making this Healthy Mexican Lasagna at home is by preheating the oven over 400 Fahrenheit-degree. Then, you may continue to prepare for other stuff. For instance, you may prepare the baking dish with a 9×13 inch. Place the aluminum foil on it and grease well.

2Next, set the dish aside for a while and prepare a large skillet. Here, you need to heat the skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Then, when it is hot enough, you may put some ingredients in it, such as red onion cubes. Stir occasionally for around five minutes until the onions turn translucent.
