For the Bars:
- 300 gr + 30 gr flour
- One and a half teaspoons of grounded ginger
- A teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- 169g unsalted butter, cut into cubes, melt and cool it for a while
- 220g packed sugar (light brown)
- 60ml molasses
- One large egg

- 325 gr powdered sugar
