Ingredients :

  • Four lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)
  • One tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • Two garlic, pressed
  • One tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • One tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Four tablespoons unsalted butter, divided.

Directions :

1Use the kitchen scissors to cut the top of the shell of the lobster tail, stop for 1 or 2 cm from the tail. Then take the meat of the lobster tails. For your attention don’t get out from the shell of the lobster tails.
