How to make Christmas Chocolate Truffles

In 2 hours and 10 minutes, you can make around 72 balls of Christmas Chocolate Truffles at home. The ingredients are very simple and easy to find. Also, the steps will be completely written below, so you just have to copy them all until the very end.

  • 450 gr chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • A can of condensed milk (sweetened)
  • A tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 gr sprinkles

1To start this recipe, you need to melt three different ingredients, which are chocolate chips, vanilla, and the condensed milk. Here, you can use the double boiler method to melt these ingredients until all of them are completely combined, and the texture is smooth.

2After you combine and melt those three ingredients, you may store it in a refrigerator for around one hour until the texture is quite firm. When one hour has passed, make sure that the texture is already firm enough so that you can continue to do the next step as follows.

3Now, it is time for you to roll the mixture into several ball shapes. Here, you may use a scoop with two teaspoon measure. Thus, you can get a perfect ball of the truffle. Do the same steps until all of the mixtures has been rolled into the ball shapes. Next, prepare a bowl of rainbow sprinkles.

4When all truffles are ready along with the bowl f sprinkle, simple roll each ball into the sprinkle to coat. Make sure all parts of each ball are evenly coated with the rainbow sprinkles. Do the same steps to the remaining balls until they are all completely coated.

5Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with a parchment paper on it. After you roll the balls, you can place them all on top of the baking sheet. Then, simply place the baking sheet full of truffles into the refrigerator to chill and set for around one hour.

If you have followed the steps above until the end, then your homemade Christmas Chocolate Truffles are ready to serve. Enjoy this as a dessert after the feast or simply as a snack when you are spending quality time with family during Christmas or when some of your friends, relatives, or other guests come to visit you at home. You may serve them with these beautiful little truffles that taste great and look pretty as well. Moreover, kids will be very excited to enjoy these sweet desserts.
