Directions

1Place the boneless and skinless chicken in a shallow dish. Stir in the lemon zest, oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until all of the materials combines. Pour the oil over a chicken and toss it. Cover the chicken with the plastic wrap and refrigerate if for four hours or overnight
