For Lemongrass Rice
- One small glass jasmine rice
- One small glass coconut milk
- One small glass water
- One tbs sesame oil, toasted
- ¼ small glass fresh lemongrass
For Thai Basil Beef
- Two large carrots
- Four small bells peppers, sliced
- One red pepper, sliced
- Two green onions
- One tbs fish sauce
- ½ tsp honey
- Two tbs sesame oil
- One lime juice
- Four cloves garlic
- Two tsp fresh ginger
- One pound ground beef
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/3 small glass and additional two tbs soy sauce with sodium
- 1/3 small glasses Thai Chili sauce
- Two small glasses basil leaves
- Sesame seeds and toast
