How to cook Taco Spaghetti
If you are wondering which casserole tastes the best, then this Mexican dish is the answer since it combines the taco and spaghetti into a delicious and creamy cheese along with the veggies in it. It takes only 45 minutes to cook with the whole ingredients and steps as followed.
- 220 gr of spaghetti
- 270 gr of ground beef or you may also use the ground turkey
- A package of taco seasoning
- 160 ml of water
- 280 gr of chicken soup cream
- A can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, here you do not need to drain them
- 220 gr of Velveeta cheese, you may cut it into cubes
- 150 gr of grated cheddar cheese
1Prepare an oven and heat it up to 180 celsius-degree or 350 Fahrenheit-degree. Then, spread the cooking spray into the 9×9 inch pan. Next, you need to prepare the pasta. In a heavy-bottom pan, boil the water and cook the pasta (based on the package directions). After that, drain it up and set aside for a while.
2Prepare a large skillet and heat it over medium-high with olive oil. Then, put the ground beef on it and cook until you don’t see the pink color of the beef. After this, drain the meat and put it back to the skillet. Give the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Mix and stir until well combined. Then cook for around 5 minutes.
3Keep stirring the mixture while you add it to the soup, Velveeta cubed cheese, and diced tomatoes. Then you may lower the heat to cook the cheese until it is well melted. Keep on stirring the mixture and add the cooked spaghetti to it. Stir them well.
