Ingredients:

Main ingredients:

  • Four pieces of top sirloin steak, pat dry
  • Salt and ground black pepper to season

Garlic parmesan fries ingredients:

  • Two russet of potatoes, cut into several wedges
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • Four cloves minced garlic
  • A teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 100 gr grated Parmesan
  • Salt and ground black pepper to season
  • 30 gr parsley leaves, finely chopped

Directions:

1First of all, simply start to preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit-degree or around 190 celsius-degree. Then, while waiting for the oven to get heated, you may use the time to prepare for the baking sheet. Simply grease the sheet with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.

2Next, continue to prepare for other ingredients. Here, you need to divide the area of the sheet into two; the one will be filled with potato wedges. Thus, you need to arrange them on top of the sheet. Also, don’t forget to season the potatoes with some ingredients.

3The ingredients are olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper and parmesan. Toss those ingredients with the potatoes and make sure they are completely combined. Next, place the potatoes into the oven to bake for around 20 to 25 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

4When it is done, set it aside for a while and start to preheat the oven into broil mode. Prepare the steaks and season with salt and pepper. Make sure all parts of the meat are evenly coated with the seasoning. Then, you need to place it opposite in a single layer on the baking sheet you have prepared before.

5Next, put the baking sheet into the oven to broil for around 4 to 5 minutes for each side until the meat get charred at the edges and the color turns brown. You may also set the time until it reaches the desired doneness. When it is cooked, prepare for the serving.

To serve, simply prepare the serving platter and place the steak on it along with the garlic butter. Then, you may add the garnish to make it much more beautiful and enrich the flavor. Here, simply garnish your dish with chopped parsley on top. Enjoy it immediately while it is hot.
