How to make Pasta, Bell Peppers, and Asparagus in a Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Four cloves of minced garlic
  • One jar of tomatoes(sun-dried) with the oil

  • 100 ml reserved pasta water

Directions:

1The first thing to do is to prepare a large pan and heat it over high heat along with the minced garlic and tomatoes. Also, don’t forget to include the oil from tomatoes jar. Sauté these ingredients for a minute until you can smell the fragrance. Then, continue to add some more ingredients.

2The additional ingredients are the vegetables, like asparagus, bell peppers as well as the salt to taste. Stir and cook for around 2 to 3 minutes until the vegetables get a little bit softened. Make sure the vegetables are not too soft since the crunchy taste of them are much better.
