  • 1 liter of water
  • 250 gr of spaghetti
  • 250 gr of cremini mushrooms or white button mushrooms, sliced
  • Two zucchini, cut into slices
  • 160 gr of peas
  • Two cloves garlic, minced
  • Sprigs Thyme
  • 75 gr of Parmesan, grated
  • 55 gr of cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper


1Prepare a large stockpot and make it heat over medium heat. Put all of the ingredients in it, like the water, the spaghetti, the cremini mushrooms, sliced zucchini, peas, minced garlic, sprigs thyme. Do not forget to add few salt and pepper as the seasoning.

2Stir well and wait until boiling. After that, lower the heat and simmer the mixture for around 8 minutes until 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. You can add some grated Parmesan and cream or milk into the mixture and stir it up until well combined.
