How to make Grilled Steakhouse Kabobs

To make four portions full of Grilled Steakhouse Kabobs, you only need to spend a half hour at your barbecue grill. Also, you can grill and enjoy this along with your family in the backyard of your house.

Ingredients:

  • 50 gr of Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 gr balsamic vinegar
  • 60 gr soy sauce
  • A tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • A tablespoon of minced garlic
  • A tablespoon of brown sugar
  • A teaspoon of black pepper
  • 600 gr tips of beef sirloin, cut into several small cubes
  • A red onion (large), cut into several small slices

Directions:

1First of all, you need to prepare a mixing bowl to combine the marinade ingredients in it. Those ingredients are the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, pepper, Dijon mustard and brown sugar. Combine them all until they are completely mixed.

2Then, you need to prepare a zip-lock plastic bag. Here, you may fill the plastic bag with the beef pieces along with the marinade mixture that you have combined before. Shake or spread the marinade mixture to make sure that all beef pieces are evenly coated with the marinade.

3Next, allow them to marinate for around 20 minutes. It may also takes around one night or 14 hours to marinate so that the taste will be much better. When the marinating is almost done, you can use the time to prepare to heat the grill. Also, don’t forget to brush the olive oil on top of the grill grates.

4While waiting for the grill to get heat, you may use the time to put the beef and onions through the skewers. Do the same step until all beef and onions are completely in the skewers, then, simply grill the kabobs over medium heat for around 8 to 10 minutes.

5In grilling the kabobs, make sure all parts are completely cooked by turning each kabob around. Also, you can adjust the doneness of your steak, whether you want it to be completely cooked, medium well, medium rare, etc. before serving, add the garnish with any steak sauce that you like.
