How to make Greek Marinade for Chicken, Steak & Pork
No need to worry about the ingredients used to make Greek marinade since they are already there in your kitchen. Simply combine them by following the recipe below.
- 200 ml of olive oil
- 50 ml of lemon juice
- Three cloves of garlic, minced
- 30 gr of Dijon mustard
- 30 gr of dried oregano
- Two teaspoons of dried parsley
- A teaspoon of dried thyme
- A teaspoon of black pepper
- A teaspoon of dried rosemary
1Prepare a large sized of a plastic zip-locked freezer bag. Then, fill with the ingredients like olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried thyme, black pepper and dried rosemary. Combine them well with the chicken or pork or steak.
2Zip the lock and put the bag in a large bowl in the fridge. Let the meats stay over the night. However, for the steaks, you only need to marinate them for two hours.
