1Heat the oven over 350 Fahrenheit-degree or 180 Celsius-degree. Then take a sheet pan and cover the surface with parchment paper. Next, prepare a cutting board and the chicken breasts on it. 2Then, take a lemon and squeeze the juice on the chicken. Make sure that you rub the front and back parts of the chicken breasts. Also, add and rub the olive oil to coat the chicken skin. Don’t forget to give seasoning to the chicken with salt and pepper. A tablespoon of oregano and half of the garlic also added to the chicken.
3Prepare a large bowl and put the potatoes in it. Combine with the remaining olive oil, garlic, and oregano. Squeeze another lemon again and pour it on top of the potatoes mixture. Coat the potatoes with the seasoning ingredients, salt, and pepper, toss evenly.
4In the sheet pan of chicken breasts, assemble the potatoes around the chicken and add any liquid remains in the bowl to the sheet pan as well.
