  • 200 gr fettuccine
  • 450 gr medium-sized shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Salt and black pepper, to season
  • 120 gr butter (unsalted)
  • Four cloves (minced) garlic
  • A half teaspoon of dried oregano
  • A half teaspoon of red pepper flakes (crushed)
  • 400 gr baby arugula
  • 50 gr grated Parmesan
  • 30 gr parsley leaves (chopped)

Directions:

1First of all, to start making this dish, you need to prepare a large pot. Then, fill with water and add a bit of salt in it. Heat it until boiled then place the pasta into the pot. Here, you need to cook the pasta based on the directions written in the package. Also, don’t forget to drain the pasta.
