- Eight medium-sized of red potatoes
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 200 ml of sour cream
- One garlic clove, minced
- 15 gr of Italian seasoning
- Salt and ground black pepper to season
- 8 ounces of chopped crab meat
- Four green onions sliced the green parts only
- 200 gr of shredded mozzarella cheese
1Heat an oven over 350 Fahrenheit-degree or 180 celsius-degree, then put the rack in the middle of the oven. Next, with a stiff brush, scrub the skin of the potatoes and rinse with cool water. Using a clean towel, dry the scrubbed potatoes while removing the bruises and discolored spots.
