How to make Christmas Lasagna
There will be some layers needed to prepare for this beautiful and yummy Christmas Lasagna. Take a look at the recipe below!
For the shortbread cookie:
- 150 gr softened unsalted butter
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 300 gr flour
- A tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Food coloring (red)
For the peppermint cheesecake:
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 224 gr cream cheese
- 300 gr thawed cool whip
- A teaspoon of peppermint extract
For the pudding:
- A box of instant pudding (white chocolate flavor)
- 600 ml milk
- Food coloring (green)
For the topping:
- 300 gr cool whip
- 300 gr mini marshmallows
- Sprinkles (red and green)
- M&Ms candies
1To begin, you need to heat the oven over 350 Fahrenheit-degree or 180 celsius-degree. Then, while waiting, you can use the time to prepare for other ingredients, like the baking dish. Here, you need to butter the 9×13 inches of baking dish to bake the Christmas Lasagna.
2Next, prepare a small bowl to combine some ingredients in it like salt, flour and cocoa powder. Mix these ingredients until they are completely combined. After that, take another larger bowl and combine the other ingredients like the butter and sugar.
3After you beat those two ingredients until they become smooth, you can add the red food coloring to the mixture. Turn the mixer over low speed and combine the ingredients while adding the flour mixture occasionally. Additionally, make sure that the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
