How to make Christmas Cranberry Pound Cake

Ingredients:

To make the Cake:

  • 187 gr of cake flour-sifted
  • A half teaspoon of baking powder
  • Salt
  • 200 gr cranberries
  • 140 gr chunks of white chocolate
  • 115 gr softened unsalted butter
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 100 gr heavy cream
  • 100 gr mascarpone cheese
  • Three beaten eggs
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 30 gr browned butter

To make the Frosting:

  • 56 gr softened unsalted butter
  • 112 grams softened cream cheese
  • 250 gr powdered sugar
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract

To make the Garnish:

  • Dried cranberries
  • A tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 100 gr white chocolate chips

Directions:

To make the Cake:

1First, you need to heat the oven to 325 Fahrenheit-degree. Specifically, you may use the convection air oven. Then, while waiting, you may use the time to prepare for the following step. Prepare a loaf pan that has been lined with a parchment paper on top of it.

2Also, don’t forget to add a bit of butter and flour on top of the parchment paper. Set it aside and prepare a bowl. Fill with some ingredients like the cake flour, salt, and baking powder. Sift the ingredients three times and then set aside. To continue, prepare a small saucepan.
