  • Four slices of Texas toast
  • Eight tablespoons or 120 gr chocolate peanut butter, here you may use Nutella
  • A medium banana, then sliced it into thin rounds
  • Two eggs, you may choose the large ones
  • 50 gr milk, here you may choose the unsweetened cashew milk
  • A tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • A half teaspoon cinnamon
