- Two organic Apples
- 1/2 organic butternut squash
- Three organic Carrots
- A pinch of mild Curry Powder
1First, prepare the fruit by removing the apple seeds and chop it up. Then, you can go on to the next ingredient, butternut. Simply cut the butternut squash in half, remove the seed and peel the skin off. This requires a couple of passes since you need to get rid of the tough skin away from the flesh of the butternut.
