  • Two organic Apples
  • 1/2 organic butternut squash
  • Three organic Carrots
  • A pinch of mild Curry Powder


1First, prepare the fruit by removing the apple seeds and chop it up. Then, you can go on to the next ingredient, butternut. Simply cut the butternut squash in half, remove the seed and peel the skin off. This requires a couple of passes since you need to get rid of the tough skin away from the flesh of the butternut.

2Next, take the carrots and peel it off with a peeler to make it faster. Then, don’t forget to chop it up into small chunks. After cutting all of the ingredients, then you have to prepare a medium steam basket. Place the ingredients in it along with the water and make it boiled for around 15 minutes. Don’t forget to cover the steam basket while boiling the ingredients.

3If you can easily pick the fruits with a fork, then you may turn off the heat and remove the fruits from the steamer to make it cool for a while. Next, prepare a blender and put these fruits in it along with the curry and puree. You can add water to reach the desired consistency and start to pulse from one until 2 minutes.
